I think my doctor is dead

Out of pain pills. 

I think it's been making me tired

Or the pain is. Cant tell. I slept 4 times

Today. Talked to my friend on the phone

And fell asleep 3 times. Dont know what's

Going on with me. Hopefully I go to the
